Erica Pletz of 7540 E. Napier, Benton Harbor, is engaged to be married April 18, 2009, at First Assembly of God in St. Joseph to Tyler Kirksey, also of Benton Harbor.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rodney and Vicki Pletz of 68498 M-152, Benton Harbor.
She graduated from Dowagiac Union High School in 2004 and is employed as an office assistant at Burnette Foods Inc. in Keeler.
Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michelle Kirksey of 808 E. Broad St., St. Joseph, and John Krogel of 2966 E. Empire Ave., Benton Harbor. He is employed as a chef at Mammina's at Edgewater in St. Joseph.
