To the editor:
As I begin my last two years as your state senator, I want to thank the residents of the 21st Senate District and remind everyone that they should contact my office for assistance if the need ever arises.
I have worked hard to represent your best interests in Lansing, voting on issues that matter most to you to insure your voice is heard.
In the past two years, I missed only one-and-a-half days of session, and both times were due to family medical situations.
Always taking into consideration the tough economic times, I spend my office budget frugally.
Recently, I returned $2,500 to be used toward next year's budget.
As we all know, these next two years will not be easy, but with your continued support and suggestions we will weather this storm.
