Cynthia Sobieski and Jordan Huey, of Decatur, have announced their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Denise and Charles Sobieski and granddaughter of Mary and the late Anthony Krukowski Sr. and Gloria and the late John Sobieski. She graduated from Dowagiac Union High School in 2007 and from Southwestern Michigan College. She is employed in customer service at E.S. Enterprises.
The groom-to-be is the son of Teresa and Joel Huey and grandson of Rose and the late Jerry Williams, of Dowagiac, and Margaret and the late Horace Huey, of Dyersburg, Tenn. He graduated from Dowagiac Union High School in 2006. He is employed as a CNC machinist at K&M Machine Fabricating.
The couple will be married Sept. 22, 2012, at Dowagiac Conservation Club.
