A "Birthday Party for Jesus" will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church at 603 McCleary St. on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 13, from 1 to 5 p.m.
Children from 4 years old through fourth grade are invited to an afternoon of Bible time, music, crafts, games and snacks.
There is no cost or charge for this.
Parents may bring their children and have an afternoon to shop or wrap presents undisturbed as St. John's shares with their children the real meaning of Christmas.
Advanced registration is requested by calling 782-2229.
Final registration will begin on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the front entry of the church.
