The Dowagiac Middle School seventh grade Orange team picked up a 33-13 victory over St. Joe Upton on Wednesday afternoon.
Davion Highsmith led the Chieftains with 13 points, while Nate Lindsey added nine points.
Jesse Mast and Darek Mills both tallied four points.
Defensive standouts were Brody Froelich, Aaron Adams and Lucas Petro.
On Monday, the seventh grade Black team defeated Vicksburg 14-9.
Christian Haack had 19 rebounds in the contest. Other key players were Trace Hatcher and Kyle Tabbert.
The eighth grade Orange team improved to 4-1 with a 44-34 win over St. Joe Upton on Wednesday.
Dontel Highsmith led the Chieftains with 16 points, while Brendon Murray added 10. D.J. Hunt and Cal Cox both had six.
