Albert H. "Bud" Otto, 83, passed away Nov. 18, 2008.
Bud was born in Bloomington, Ill., on Sept. 27, 1925.
He is survived by: his son, Alan Otto of Missouri; daughters, Debra Perkins and Pamela Zacher of Illinois; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Private interment will be at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington, Ill.
