Resolutions

1. Resolution to approve Service Agreement between the City of Dowagiac and Woodlands Behavioral Healthcare Network for FY2010-11.

2. Resolution to enter into a contract with the Michigan Public Transit Association for the provision of Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) grant training funds for Dial-A-Ride services.

3. Resolution to adopt the Title VI Plan in compliance with Michigan Department of Transportation and Federal Transit Administration guidelines for Dial-A-Ride.
