Edwardsburg falls to River Valley

THREE OAKS – Host River Valley outscored Edwardsburg 30-22 in the second half to pick up a 52-39 Lakeland Conference basketball victory on Monday night in a make-up game.
Edwardsburg (4-15, 1-12 LAC) kept the game close through the first two quarters.
The Eddies trailed 12-6 after one period of play and just 22-17 at halftime.
River Valley opened up a 40-26 advantage by the end of the third quarter and then cruised home with the victory.
Korey Moore led the Eddies with 14 points. Nate Harness finished with eight points.
Nate Swords 18 points led River Valley.
