STURGIS – The host Trojans jumped out to a 16-6 first quarter lead and never looked back against visiting Edwardsburg Tuesday night.
Sturgis defeated the Eddies 55-23 in a non-conference contest.
Dustin Cox scored 13 points to lead the Trojans to their second victory of the season. Alex Carter added 10 points.
The Eddies (1-3) were led offensively by Brent Shuttleworth's eight points. Kevin Stack added four points.
