The Dowagiac varsity golf team finished sixth at the latest Wolverine Conference jamboree hosted by Allegan at the Lynx Golf Club.
The Chieftains finished with a team total of 175.
Richie Hutchinson led the Chieftains with a round of 42. Kevin Proshwitz and Nick Krizinski both shot 44, while Mike Hoff finished with a 45 and Tanner Melvin a 46.

The Dowagiac junior varsity golf team picked up its second straight win on Tuesday.
The Chieftains defeated Lake Michigan Catholic, 192-206.
Zack Russom earned medalist honors with a 43. Mike Hoff finished with a 48, while Nick Rossow finished with a 49. Dowagiac also got a 52 from Jacob Miller, a 55 from Trent Fryman and a 56 from Bo Parsons.
