The Board of Directors for the Niles Haunted House Scream Park has announced they welcomed visitor number 1.2 million on Saturday.

The individual was Sam Elaff of South Bend, who received a special “ghost pack” from the Niles Haunted House. Elaff has been visiting the park since 2005.

In 2008, the park generated $104,000 for area communities, including more than 80 non-profit groups and schools.

The Scream Park is located on Mayflower Road in Niles. The park can be accessed by taking Exit 5 (Niles-Buchanan Road) from the US 31 Expressway.
