COLOMA – The visiting Buchanan Bucks dropped just one set Monday afternoon on their way to defeating Coloma in their Lakeland Conference opener, 8-0.

The Bucks improved to 6-0 overall and are 1-0 in league play.

Buchanan swept five of the eight flights.

Winning 6-0 and 6-0 were Derek Blank at No. 4 singles, Ryan Henckel and Josh Whitfield at No. 1 doubles, John Haslock and Jake Welsh at No. 2 doubles and Corey Thompson and Alex Kuhn at No. doubles.
