Dowagiac senior Hillary Bisnett has selected Aquinas College in Grand Rapids to continue her soccer career.
Bisnett, surrounded by family, teammates and coaches Monday afternoon, signed a National Letter of Intent.
Bisnett said that she selected Aquinas because "of the location and the coach. They offer a sustainable business manager's degree and they are one of the few schools in the country that do so."
Aquinas was selected from a list that included Grand Valley State University, Spring Arbor and Huntington College.
Bisnett said that she has received the following scholarships from Aquinas: St. Thomas Aquinas Scholarship ($7,500), Michigan Competitive Scholarship ($2,000), Aquinas Grant ($4,000), Michigan Merit Award ($2,500) and AQ Women's Soccer (1,500).
Bisnett noted that she received acceptance to all the colleges that she applied to, but Huntington and Aquinas were the two that she most liked. She was unable to visit the other colleges.
Aquinas is coached by Mark Fales, who is in his second year.
