YMCA Gators edge St. Joseph

The YMCA Gator Swim Team edged out the St. Joseph YMCA, but lost to the host team Michiana YMCA on July 11.
Caitlin Dippo, competing in the women's 9-10 year-old division won fourth place in the 100-meter Freestyle, third place in the 50-meter Fly, and first place in the Backstroke.
Allie Fuller took home a third place in the women's 8-and-under 50-meter Freestyle and in the women's 7-8 year-old 25-meter Freestyle. She also captured a second place in the women's 8-and-under 25-meter Breaststroke.
Spencer Fuller won second place in his three events, the men's 6-and-under 25-meter Backstroke and 25-meter Freestyle and men's 8-and-under 25-meter Breaststroke.
Taylor Fuller competed in the women's 9 -10 year-old division and won a second place in both the 50-meter Butterfly and 50-meter Freestyle. She also won a fourth prize in the 50-meter Breaststroke.
Jason Furst came in fifth place in the men's 8-and-under 50-meter Freestyle, and third place finishes in the men's 6-and-under category in the 25-meter Backstroke and 25-meter Freestyle.
Competing in the women's 9-10 year-old category, Hayley Kirby won first place in the 50-meter Breaststroke, and second place in the 100-meter Freestyle and 100-meter Individual Medly.
Carston McCarty competed in the men's 9-10 year-old division and earned a second place finish in the 100-meter Freestyle and 50-meter Backstroke and and third place 50-meter Freestyle.
Lindsey McCarty won a second place in the 50-meter Backstroke and third place in the 50-meter Breaststroke in the women's 11-12 year-old division.
Sweeping her events with first place finishes, Emily Mills competed in the women's 8-and-under 50-meter Freestyle, women's 7-8 year-old 25-meter Backstroke, and 25-meter Freestyle.
Bekah Polega took a seventh place finish in the women's 8-and-under 50-meter Freestyle, and a first place in the women's 6-and-under 25-meter Backstroke, and a second place in the 25-meter Freestyle.
Erin Polega won a fourth place in the women's 8-and-under 25-meter Butterfly, and the women's 7-8 year-old 25-meter Backstroke.
Also sweeping his events, T.J. Polega took first place finishes in the men's 9-10 year-old category in the 50-meter Butterfly, the 50-meter Backstroke, and the 50-meter Freestyle.
Carlee Rankel competed in the women's 11-12 year-old category and won second place in the 50-meter Breaststroke, third place in the 50-meter Freestyle, and first place in the100-meter Individual Medly.
Kelsey Rankel took home a seventh place finish in the women's 9-10 year-old 100-meter Freestyle, and a fifth place finish in the 50-meter Freestyle.
Competing in the men's 11-12 year-old division, Michael Rattenbury won first place in the 50-meter Butterfly, third place in the 50-meter Backstroke and second place in the 50-meter Freestyle.
Brooke Roberts competed in the women's 11-12 year-old category and finished second in the 50-meter Butterfly and 50-meter Freestyle. She finished first in the 50-meter Backstroke.
Competing in the women's 15-years-and-older category, Tiffany Roberts won a second place in the 100-meter Backstroke, 100-meter Breaststroke and third place in the 50-meter Freestyle.
