NILES -- A man was also arrested in Niles Monday, pending charges for alleged assault and battery, resisting officers arrest, malicious destruction of property and street robbery.
George William Greene, 23, of 630 N. Sixth St., Niles, was arrested after officers were called to N. Sixth Street on a reference of domestic assault, the police report said.
While one officer spoke to the complainants, several other officers went to Greene's residence at 630 N. Sixth St.
Upon arrival, police surrounded the house and allegedly prevented Greene from fleeing the premises.
Greene was eventually placed under arrest and transported to the Niles City Police Department, where he refused to be booked.
He was later transported to Berrien County Sheriff's Department for violent behavior

Cecilia Tecora Doish, 18, 908 Ferry St., Niles, was arrested after officers cleared a call at Sixth and Ferry streets and subsequently saw her walking down the street, the police report said.
After contacting dispatch, dispatch confirmed there was a valid warrant out for Doish's arrest.
Doish was arrested and transported to Niles City Police Department.
She was booked and lodged with a $500 bond.
