Tim and Bobbi Pennington of South Bend, Ind. announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandi Pennington to Justin Parks, son of Rick and Tammy Focht of Niles.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Niles High School and is attending Indiana University, South Bend. She is employed by Plastic Surgery Center of South Bend, Ind.
Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Robert and Jean Taylor and Marie Pennington, all of Niles.
The prospective groom is also a Niles High School graduate and is a graduate of Motorcycle Mechanics Institute of Phoenix, Ariz. He is employed by Big Belly Customs of South Bend, Ind.
Grandparents of the prospective groom are Philip Focht, Sr. and Leona Sisk, and Charles Parks and Mary Helen Boggs, all of Niles.
Wedding vows will be exchanged March 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Morris Chapel in Niles. A reception will follow
