The Niles girls soccer team received Academic All-State status from the Michigan Soccer Coaches Association.
Niles senior wrestler Andy Brandstatter was voted by the Michigan Wrestling Association to the Academic All-State Wrestling Dream Team. There are 19 wrestlers honored as such by the association and Brandstatter is the only one from southwest Michigan.
