Right to Life baby contest winners announced

CASSOPOLIS- Cass County Right to Life sponsored its annual Precious Baby Contest at the Cass County Fair. The contest ran from July 28-Aug. 2.
A total of 25 baby pictures were submitted. Visitors to the fair voted for the most precious baby by making a cash donation to Cass County Right to Life.
Each penny donated counted as one vote. Thanks to the generosity of the community, the contest raised $1,309.34.
The top 10 babies were: First place: Tyler Bowers, parents James and Mandy Bowers; 2nd place winner -Malayna Klug, parents Scott and Beth Klug; 3rd place – Lilly Tyran, parents Randy and Tanya Tyran; 4th place Grace Krager, parents Josh and Jera Krager; 5th place Madison Conner, parents Mitch and Terri Conner; 6th place Jackson Whitmyer, parents Jason and Lori Whitmyer; 7th place-Ryley Bowsher, parents Sean and Breana Bowsher. 8th place Kevin Bruneau, parents Mike and Ruth Bruneau; 9th place Mason Smego, parents Marty and Amanda Smego and 10th place Alexandra, parents Michelle Nowak and Josh Westphal.
Cass County Right to Life will use the proceeds to further its educational outreach to the community.
It also provides support to the Michigan Right to Life Educational Fund for their media goals which raises funds for television ads and other educational needs including their 1-88-57-WOMAN number. Support is also given to the Pregnancy Care Center of Niles, RETA Pregnancy Care Center of Elkhart and its state organization, Right to Life of Michigan. Cass County Right to Life is a nonpartisan, nonsectarian, nonprofit organization of diverse and caring people united to protect the precious gift of human life from fertilization to natural death.
