NILES – The Brandywine junior varsity baseball team defeated Marcellus and Gobles to defeat to win its own invitational tournamenet on Saturday.
The Bobcats defeated Marcellus 17-3 and Gobles 11-0.
Ben Gerber earned the victory in the first game, while Dustin Bell was the winning in the second game. The pair combined for 14 strikeouts.
Derek Nichols and Wyatt Taylor had three hits in the opener, while Ralph Sater had two hits in the second game.
