Meriam "Granny" Carr, 99, of Indian Lake Road in Niles, died at Riveridge Manor in Niles on Friday, Dec. 14, 2007.
She has been cremated and a memorial service to honor her memory will take place at a later date in the spring.
Memorial donations may be made in Meriam's name to the Salvation Army – Niles Corp. located at 424 N. 15th St., Niles, MI 49120.
