BUCHANAN – The Brandywine junior varsity volleyball team was defeated by Three Rivers in the Buck Classic finals on Monday.
The Lady Wildcats defeated the Lady Bobcats 21-12, 18-21 and 19-17.
In reaching the finals, Brandywine defeated Berrien Springs (15-4, 15-5), split with Eau Claire (11-15, 16-14), defeated Three Rivers (15-11, 15-5) and split with River Valley.
In the semifinals, Brandywine posted a 18-21, 21-12 and 15-10 victory over Otsego.
