Anne K. Demarais, 53, of Brent Tree Drive, Granger, Ind., died at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at her mother's home surrounded by her loving family. She fought her extended illness with the courage, grace and spirit that epitomized her entire life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at Saint Pius X Catholic Church, Granger, Ind., with the Rev. William Schooler of the church officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Contributions in her memory made be made to Mercy Corps, a worldwide emergency relief service, at P.O. Box 2669, Portland, OR 97208-2669 or Hospice and Palliative Care of Saint Joseph County.
