Brandywine’s Myers coaching in All-Star Game

NILES -Jim Myers of Brandywine has been selected to coach in the Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association All-Star Game, July 21 at Michigan State University.
Dowagiac's Holly Lowe and Cassopolis' Nikitas Nelson have also been selected to play in All-Star games.
Lowe will play in the Division 2 game, while Nelson will play in the Division 3 contest.
The Division 4 game will kick off the day at 10 a.m. The Division 3 game will be played at noon, while the Division 2 game will begin at 2:30 p.m.
The Division 1 game will wrap up the day at 4:30 p.m.
Joining Lowe on the Division 2 Red team will be Lakeshore's Carrie Davis, Otsego's Angela Leone and Whitney DeYoung, and Paw Paw's Kristy Stratton.
Also listed on the roster are Sam Beaubien of Cheboygan, Amber Soodsma of Hudsonville-Unity Christian, Candace SeQuin of Divine Child, Caity Brouwer of Hudsonville-Unity Christian and Morgan Heintz of Eaton Rapids.
Additionally, Kellie MacDonald of Algonac, Amanda Blaskowski of Cheboygan, Kelsey Krych of Goodrich, Lindsey Smith of Marysville and Marcia VanDyk of Imlay City will play for the Red squad.
The team will be coached by Fred Marinucci of Dearborn Divine Child and Ryan Rathje of Marysville.
The Division 3 Red team will be coached by Meg Kitson of East Jordan and Myers.
Joining Nelson on the roster will be Jade Fulton of Byron, Abby Rodammer of Frankenmuth, Brittany Grys of Portland, Lindsey Miller of Mason County Central, Jenna Potts of East Tawas, Courtney Baranowski of Sanford Meridian, Jamie Melchert of Mason County Central and Taylor Adams of Portland.
Also on the squad are Laura Nesbit of Frankenmuth, Ashley Snider of Mason County Central, Lily Scholl of Brooklyn Columbia Central, Kassie Galganski of Frankenmuth, Sadie Paradisc of Gladstone, Audrey Swedorski of Byron, Chelsea Graf of Sanford Meridian and Aimie Stanyak of Ida.
Southwest lower Michigan will also be represented in the Division 4 game.
Watervliet Grace Christian's SeAnne Wolske and Decatur's Carly Vliek will play for the Red team.
