Jeremiah Seth Benjamin, infant son of Robert Wayne Benjamin Sr. and Karen Ann Baldwin, of Niles, died at 2:42 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio, due to complications at birth.
Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 9 at the Niles Westside Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor John Abbott of the church officiating.
The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the services.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Fetal Care Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, P.O. Box 643270, Cincinnati, Ohio 45264-3270.
Arrangements were made by the Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles.
