Elberta E. Franklin, 85, of 20 Mile Road in Tustin, and formerly of Niles, died at 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006 at Saint Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital in Howell, following an illness.
Arrangements are being completed by Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles.
