Man who went missing in Niles area found alive in Goshen

NILES CHARTER TOWNSHIP — A man who went missing for more than a week in the Niles area has been found alive, authorities have confirmed.

Tyler Kenneth-Duane Visel, who had been missing since Jan. 21 in the Niles area, was found in good health Thursday morning in Goshen, Ind. and family has been notified.

At approximately 12:20 p.m. Sunday, the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department took a report that Visel was missing and believed to be endangered according to his family. Visel was last seen by family on Jan. 21 in the Niles area. 

Berrien County Sheriff Chuck Heit thanked the Goshen Police Department and the public for their assistance in locating Visel.
