NILES CHARTER TOWNSHIP — Local officers are searching the Niles area for a missing man.

At approximately 12:20 p.m. Sunday, the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department took a report that Tyler Kenneth-Duane Visel was missing and believed to be endangered according to his family. Visel was  last seen by family on Jan. 21in the Niles area. He owns and was last seen in a white 2016 Dodge Dart sedan with four doors. The vehicle registration is an expired 2024 Indiana In God We Trust plate- CYD549.  

Visel has ties to the Saint Joseph County, Ind. and Elkhart County, Ind. area.
