DOWAGIAC — Four seasons, four conference championships.

The Buchanan volleyball team (28-6) defeated Brandywine 25-5, 25-6, 25-11 and Dowagiac 25-11, 25-12, 25-16 Saturday to win its second straight Lakeland Conference championship and fourth straight undefeated conference championship overall (BCS League titles in ’21 and ’22).

Chloe Aalfs led the team with 30 kills and 19 digs and Alyssa Carson had 24 kills and Emily Holt added 18 digs. Finley Kehoe had 15 digs and four aces, Izzy Tibbles tallied seven kills and three aces and Ella Fanslow added six kills.

Senior Sophia Bachman tallied three aces and 68 assists and surpassed 2,000 career assists in Saturday’s action.
