• According to their opponents’ combined win total last year (78), the Minutemen have the 33rd-ranked schedule in college football.
• UMass will face the 46th-ranked schedule in college football, based on its opponents’ projected win total this year (69).
• In 2024, UMass’ schedule will include seven games against teams which had winning records a year ago, including five games against teams that had nine or more wins and two games against squads with less than four wins in 2023.
• The Minutemen have seven teams that made a bowl game last year on their schedule in 2024.

• Despite having a bottom-25 defense that ranked 17th-worst in FBS (427 yards allowed per game) last season, the Minutemen put up better results on the other side of the ball, ranking 88th in FBS by averaging 356.3 yards per game.
