Patricia Ann Stalbaum, 79, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024, in Cassopolis, Michigan.
Patricia was born on Sept.22, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Elmer Stalbaum and Ann (Leduchowski) Stalbaum.
Left to cherish the memory of Patricia are her loving children, Daniel (Velinda) McAllister and Shaun McAllister; grandchildren, Carissa, Jessica, Patrick, Jenna, Matthew, Faby, Wyatt, Dave, and Danica; great-grandchildren, Gabby, Camden, Murphy, Matthew, and Owen; and sister, Claudia (Chris) Thomas.
Patricia’s life was a tapestry of adventure and devotion, as she approached every day with an infectious zest for the joys of life. Her independence and bravery were the cornerstones of her spirit, inspiring all who knew her.
A hardworking daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Patricia’s love knew no bounds. Friends and family were her world, and she would move mountains to bring happiness to their lives. Her adventurous soul led her to travel, relishing in the beauty of new cultures and cuisines, sharing these passions with her loved ones at every opportunity.
She was a pillar of dependability, a person to lean on in times of need. Patricia’s legacy is one of unyielding love and laughter, a reminder to embrace the beauty of our journey with open arms and a generous heart. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but her spirit will forever illuminate the paths of those she touched.
Visitation for Patricia will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a Memorial Service to be held at 1 p.m., at Brown Funeral Home, 521 East Main St. Niles, MI 49120.
