DOWAGIAC — Southwestern Michigan College picked up its second Michigan Community College Athletic Association Western Conference Player of the Week award as freshman Prince Adams has been selected for Week 4.

Adams, of Evanston, Illinois, had 25 points and nine rebounds against No. 4-ranked Parkland College. Adams was 11-16 from the field, including 3-of-5 from 3-point range for the Roadrunners.

Adams joins teammate RJ Davis Jr. as winners of the Player of the Week award.

Southwestern Michigan has also a pair of women’s basketball Player of the Week honors, while sophomore Shane Edwards was named the MCCAA Wrestler of the Week earlier this season.
