Baltazar weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Cheryl Bowling, of Watervliet. Paternal grandparents are Cirilo and Tracy Baltazar, of Watervliet.

He has three siblings: A brother, Mason Stroud, 10; A sister, Avery Stroud, 6; A sister, Lenyz Baltazar, 1.5.
