Monica and Jerome Berry, of Niles, are the parents of a son, Jerome Berry II.

Jerome was born Dec. 29, 2021, at Spectrum Health Lakeland. He was 9 pounds and 21 inches long.

He has four sisters, Tyisha Allen, 25, Amahri Berry, 15, Ka’Variiyah Roddy, 11, and Ze’Vihya Berry, 5.

Family includes maternal grandparents, Lisa Roddy, of Cassopolis, and Eric Weakley Sr., of Port Huron, Michigan; paternal grandparents, Myrtle Berry, of Niles, and Frank Berry Sr., of Hammond, Louisiana; maternal great-grandparents, Veronica Shivers, of Dowagiac, and the late Willard Roddy Jr.,; paternal great-grandparent, the late Millie Ross.
