Kade Wagley is a senior on the Niles baseball team.

Activities: Baseball, wrestling, National Honor Society, volunteering.

Hobbies: Fishing, graphic design.

My favorite baseball memory: Winning the first game of districts in 2019 against Dowagiac.

Future plans: I will be attending Indiana Institute of Technology to pursue a bachelor of science degree in graphic design while wrestling for the Warriors.

Awards/accomplishments: County, conference and district wrestling champion 2019, two-time state wrestling qualifier, All-state wrestling 2020, All-Southwest Michigan wrestler 2019, honorable mention 2020, all-conference wrestler 2019 and Academic All-State wrestler 2017-19. recipient of the Niles Athletic Boosters Scholarship, Niles Scream Park Lou Milley Memorial Scholarship, Psi lota Xi Lesley Bookout Scholarship and Leader Publications essay contest honorable mention.

Advice to underclassmen: Work hard and keep your mitt down.

How have you been making the best of being quarantined? I have spent a lot of time with my family and doing things I haven’t always had time to fit in my schedule. I have discovered that I really enjoy fishing on our local lakes.
