Hannah Vergon is a senior on the Buchanan tennis team.

Advice to underclassmen: Make sure to enjoy every moment you have in season.

Future plans: I am going to Grand Valley State University to major in biomedical engineering and minor in studio art.  I plan to become a biomedical engineer.

How have you been making the best of being quarantined?: I’ve just been catching up on little projects I haven’t had time to do as well as getting myself prepared for college.

Activities: Band, student council, tennis, The Herd, and National Honor Society.

Hobbies: Painting/drawing and baking.

My favorite tennis memory: The times we’ve gone to state.

Awards/Accomplishments: I was conference champion and second at regionals last season in tennis. I’m a section leader and first chair trumpet in band and I’m in National Honor Society. I’ve also been on the honor roll throughout high school.
