Wanda Demeral Moten, 59, of Buchanan, passed away on May 16, 2020, in St. Joseph.
Wanda was born on Feb. 10, 1961, in Buchanan, to Emmanuel and Earnestine Moten.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan (Lashond) Moten; daughter, Aubrey (Jesse Carver) Phillips; brothers, Emmanuel (Benita Negron) Moten Jr., Edward Moten, Dellie Moten, Andre Moten, Eric Moten; sisters, Audrey (David Withers) Moten, Mary Brooks; grandchildren, Geornisha, Taliyah, Jonaisha, Johnae, Tanaa, Jontez, Laron, Amariah, Jon’tel, Quintin, Jonathan; nine nieces and nephews; and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Emmanuel and Earnestine.

A funeral service for Wanda will be at noon on Friday, May 22, 2020, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service and burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
