NILES — The Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce has presented Rickey Miller with the 2020 Ambassador of the Year award. Miller has been awarded the 2020 Ambassador of the Year award in recognition of his outstanding service to the greater Niles business community.
Miller has gone above and beyond to ensure that each chamber member business in his care is attended to and receives the quality care they deserve, according to Chamber representatives.
The Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are a group of business professionals and community leaders that have chosen to volunteer to represent the Chamber of Commerce and the community it serves. As ambassadors, these individuals assist in welcoming new members to the Chamber as well as to the greater Niles community, making Chamber functions and events successful and enjoyable, and helping to promote and execute the Chamber’s primary mission of business and community development, to the best of their abilities, officials said.
Miller has been a member of the Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassador Program since 2011 and was named the Chamber Ambassador of the Year in 2017 and 2018 for his service.
Additionally, Miller has been employed by Teachers Credit Union for the past 27 years where he currently serves as a business services relationship officer.
