CASSOPOLIS — Despite gloomy weather Thursday afternoon, those inside of the Cass County Council on Aging’s Cassopolis location looked like they were ready for a tropical vacation.

The COA hosted a Hawaii-themed luau lunch Thursday at noon. The event featured music, games, a themed-meal, virgin Pina coladas and more. Each guest was given a lei to wear.

Also during the lunch, COA employees drew winners for its Eat to Win program, which allowed customers who bought meals during the month of January to enter their names in for prizes. (Leader photos/SARAH CULTON)
