BUCHANAN — The Buckteens will host a 65th annual alumni reunion starting at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 9 at the Buchanan High School Auxiliary Gym, 401 W. Chicago St.

A potluck dinner will be served at 1:15 p.m. Those who attend are asked to bring a dish to share.

This annual event is for all former Buchanan High School students who have been out of school 40 years or more, and their spouse or guest.

RSVP is required. Those interested in attending are advised to reserve a space by May 31. To RSVP, people can email buchananbuckteensreunion@gmail.com or phone Jerry Flenar at (269) 695-6096. Already, more than 300 people have signed up and reservations will assist with class seating and table arrangements.

Classmates who have not responded for three consecutive years are placed on an inactive list.  Those who have not received an email or mailed invitation, but would like to attend are asked to contact Flenar or email the alumni organization.
