DOWAGIAC — At the regular Dowagiac Board of Education meeting on Monday, April 15 it was agreed to utilize the services of the Michigan Association of School Boards to help facilitate the search for the next superintendent of Dowagiac Schools.

Part of the process will consist of gathering input from staff, parents and community members as to what qualities they would like to see in the next superintendent.

During the search process, there will be two meetings where the community will be encouraged to attend: 6 p.m. Wednesday and 6 p.m. May 2 in the Dowagiac Middle School cafeteria.
