NILES — The Niles District Library is challenging youth to read 1,000 books. As the children reach milestones, they will be celebrated for their accomplishment. Today, the library recognizes Jane Curry and DeShawn Krivanek for reading 100 books, Silas Reed for reading 200 books, and Willow Nimtz and Hazel Nimtz for reading 400 books.
