DOWAGIAAC — Last Wednesday, the Greater Dowagiac Chamber of Commerce hosted its monthly business after hours event at downtown’s Caruso’s Candy Kitchen. At the event, local business leaders mingled over handmade chocolates and networked with each other. Opened in the 1920s, Caruso’s remains one of the oldest and longest running businesses in Dowagiac.
