DOWAGIAC — Visitors to the Dowagiac Ice Time Festival Saturday had a whale of a time with the fifth annual frozen fish toss competition.

Roughly 20 to 30 visitors lined up to compete in the event. Winners of Saturday’s Ice Time contest received a gift card to Wounded Minnow Saloon, five-time corporate sponsor of this event.
