Kenneth Duncan, otherwise known as “Gramps,” celebrated his 79th birthday Nov. 24.

“Gramps” was born Nov. 24, 1939. He owns Duncan’s Kozy Kitchen. He can still be found washing dishes at his restaurant. The children go back to the kitchen to give him hugs.
