CASSOPOLIS — Kemner Iott Benz announced this week that Jackie Smith has joined the customer service team at its Cassopolis office.

Smith’s previous experience in the insurance profession along with her extensive customer service background will allow her to provide excellent customer service to Cass County area residents in her new role at Kemner Iott Benz.

Smith attended Southwestern Michigan College, earning an associate degree in human services.

An active member of the FAM Center in South Bend, Indiana for 28 years, Jackie volunteers at many of the Center’s community events and community outreach initiatives. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her two grandchildren.
