DOWAGIAC — Last month, the Dowagiac graduating class of 2018 boarded a bus from the Elks Lodge to take a charter bus to a night of fun complete with paintball, dancing and a hypnotist as part of Celebration Graduation, a group that provides a safe party for graduates the night of graduation. Organizers called 2018’s program a success.
