Rooted in R&B, Soul & Funk, Tony Fields and Doug Decker return to the Dowagiac Summer Concert Series this Thursday.  The fine arts series has been underwritten by Chemical Bank, Cass County Council on Aging and Honor Credit Union.  Staged on the grounds of the James E. Snow Professional Building at Front & Main streets, the concert gets under way at 7:30 p.m.  Shaded lawn-chair seating is available.
