Dowagiac Union High School sports physicals will be given June 19 at the Borgess-Lee Convenience Clinic.

All students entering grades seventh through 12th must have a sports physical on file in order to participate in both practices and games.

No appointment is needed. Physicals will be given between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Cost is $15 and is due at the time of the physical.

Athletes must have a completed physical form, which can be picked up at the Dowagiac Middle School, Union High School or athletic office.

A parent or guardian must be present in order to receive a physical.

Athletes are asked to wear loose fitting clothes. Shorts and a T-shirt are preferred.

Additionally, there will be Chromebooks onsite for any student who needs to be registered on the new athletic registration site to participate in fall sports.
