Judith Ann “Judy” Stacks, 74, of Decatur, passed away, Friday, April 13, 2018, at her home.

A celebration of life gathering will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018, at the Railway Cafe, 109 W. Railroad St., Dowagiac. In honor of Judy’s love of baking, attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite dessert. Judy was born Aug. 12, 1943, in Dowagiac to Harold and Esther (Harvel) Iliff. She graduated from Decatur High School in 1961 and on Jan. 16, 1966, married Horace “Larry” Stacks. Judy operated the West Delaware Laundromat for thirty-six years, retiring in 2010. She enjoyed baking anything and everything.

Judy is survived by her son, Larry (Nicole Tienda) Stacks, of Decatur; her granddaughter, Ashley (Benjamin LaBelle) Stacks, of Portage, Michigan; two great-granddaughters, Kaliegh and Oaklynn Stacks-LaBelle; and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Larry in 1985, and her parents.
