These forms can also be found on the County of Berrien website at berriencounty.org and the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office website at bcsheriff.org

Additionally, Berrien County is staffing dedicated phone lines for individuals to call in and report damage.

Those who need assistance can call 1-800-815-5485 anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.  Monday to Friday through March 5.
